Investment Management for Individuals

If you are uploading documents for an individual Investment Management or Roadmap meeting, please answer the following and upload any relevant supporting documents:

✓ Gross monthly pension income, or estimated pension income at retirement

✓ Expected gross monthly income needed in retirement

✓ Anticipated retirement date

✓ Additional considerations such as rental income, business income, Social Security, or other resources

✓ Current monthly investment amount, if applicable

Investment Management for Associations

If you are uploading documents for Association Investment Management, please provide the following information:

✓ Name of the association or organization

✓ Primary contact person and title

✓ Approximate amount of funds to be invested

✓ Purpose of the funds and any known liquidity needs

✓ Any governance, reporting, or investment considerations

Please also upload the following documents, if applicable:

✓ Articles of Incorporation

✓ Bylaws

✓ Meeting Minutes or Board Resolutions

✓ Authorized signer documentation

Banking Services

If you are uploading documents for Anew Banking Services, please provide the following:

✓ Unexpired driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID

✓ Voided check or banking instructions

For associations or organizations, please also upload:

✓ Articles of Incorporation
